India Play Football has opened registration for the wider IPF Player Network. The network gives players a persistent starting point to share their football background and be considered for relevant IPF opportunities as they are introduced.
The Player Network is separate from IPF Season 1. Season 1 carries an 18–21 eligibility requirement; the wider network is designed to receive interest across relevant ages and levels, with a parent or guardian route for players under 18.
Registered is not the same as selected
Every player journey is described through three clear stages so that status is never overstated.
- Registered — IPF has received the player’s details and issued a reference.
- Verified — IPF has reviewed the relevant information. Registration alone does not create verified status.
- Competition Player — the player has been selected for a specific competition under its published rules.
A responsible first step
Players should submit football background, city, age and playing position through the appropriate Join IPF route. Identity documents and medical records should not be uploaded through the enquiry form.
Registration creates a way for IPF to route a player towards relevant information. It does not promise trials, selection, contracts or participation.
