IPF is designed around the responsible adult relationship and collecting only information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries and plan football participation.
What the website collects
Current forms may collect adult contact details, organisation details, limited player information needed to understand age-category and participation interest, and the contents of an enquiry.
Children and young players
Individual-player enquiries should be submitted by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. IPF should not sell children's personal information, provide unrestricted child contact lists to sponsors or use the public enquiry form to collect unnecessary sensitive information.
What not to submit
Please do not submit Aadhaar numbers, passwords, bank-account credentials, detailed medical records or other sensitive information through these initial interest forms.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, understand competition demand, plan team and Open Player routes, discuss institutional programmes, maintain consent records and prepare aggregated operational reporting.
Website form storage
The launch website may store a protected server-side copy of form submissions as a delivery fallback in addition to sending an email notification. Access should be restricted to authorised IPF personnel.
Partner reporting
Sponsor and partner reporting should use aggregated delivery metrics and specifically permissioned adult interactions where applicable. Children's direct contact information should not be treated as a commercial marketing asset.
Before paid registration
IPF should review the final registration, payment, document, media-consent, safeguarding and privacy workflow before collecting paid player registrations at scale.
